The Resourcing Ministerial Education programme has produced and drawn on several reports by staff of the National Church Institutions, in the areas of selection, training pathways, curacy training and patterns of service. The RME Task Group has also worked in conjunction with the Resourcing the Future Task Group, which has examined, through consultations with dioceses, the future leadership requirements of the Church.
