Transforming Ministry

Much of the Church’s life and activity is constant because it reflects an abiding understanding of God. The continual offering of prayer, praise and thanksgiving is a priority for Christians in every generation. The Church is also called to a transformation of its ministry in faithful response to the call of God in mission.

Ministry Development for Developing Ministries helps us to respond to this challenge by disseminating existing good practice in continuing ministry development (CMD) and by providing a forum to share and develop emerging practice as ministries develop. Although this site was developed with licensed ministers in the Church of England in mind, other denominations may find materials of interest here. Please join the Ministry Development Team in sharing your practice and experiences.
